No Co-win data is shared with any entity outside the cowin environment
Kindly find the latest Press Release update regarding the News of the COWIN data breach which is been sold on the dark web. 
Govt Clearly states in the press release that
Co- WIN stores all the vaccination data in a safe and secure digital environment. No Co- WIN data is shared with any entity outside the Co-WIN environment. The data is claimed as having been leaked such as geo-location of beneficiaries is not even collected at Co-win.
Later Dr. Harsh Vardhan Tweeted and Clarified
Reports of the CoWIN platform being hacked, prima facie appear to be fake. Data speculated to have been leaked such as geo-location of beneficiaries is not even collected on CO-WIN.
Stored in a Secure digital environment and is not shared with anyone outside of it.
At first look, it looks like some bitcoin scam is been spread on the dark web because no database samples are been found available on the website. An investigation has been started by the Indian emergency response team to confirm any such kind of breach.
