Names of the passengers, date of birth, Passport Information, Frequent flyer Information contact numbers, address, tickets, credit card details, usernames, Data stored from 26th Aug 2011 & 3rd Feb 2021 are exposed in this Air India Server Breach
The airline clarified that no passwords or CVV/CVC numbers were leaked as CVV/CVS are not stored with data processor

SITA PSS – SITA Passenger Service System (US) Inc is a global third party It Service providers which helps in the process the information of customer globally for all airlines. Breach affected passengers’ data stored with SITA PSS.
Important: If you have used the Air India website and used your debit card and credit card with the Air India website, Kindly block your card and reissue a new Debit or Credit card.
What AIR INDIA is Doing?
As per Air India, the data breach is being investigated and several measures are being taken to secure the data of passengers, compromised servers are been secured and being monitored closely, all credit card companies will be notified about this breach, and the password resetting process is under process for all Air India passengers.
