8 Fraudsters Are Arrested From A Fake Scheme In Bihar That Offered Money To ‘Impregnate’ Women without Kids

Bihar Police apprehended the “Baby Birth Service” group, which offered ₹13 lakhs to men to “impregnate” childless women.
A gang of cyber scammers who allegedly promised money to men to “impregnate” women who were unable to conceive with their partners has been apprehended by the Bihar police. In the Nawada district of the state, 8 individuals have been apprehended by the Nawada Police on charges that they deceived men using the guise of an “All India Pregnant Job (Baby Birth Service)” and promised them ₹5 lakhs if they failed to ‘impregnate’ a woman.
The group, according to the police, charged interested parties a registration fee of ₹799 and subsequently demanded between ₹5,000 and ₹20,000 in additional security money.
The gang members were apprehended by a Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Bihar police during an operation on December 29, according to the police. In their possession, they have seized nine smartphones, a SIM card, a printer, and additional incriminating documents. According to the police, a search was carried out on the residence of Munna Kumar, who is suspected of being the mastermind behind this cybercrime network.
“Secret info has surfaced that cybercriminals are targeting innocent men near the brick quarry in the village of Gurma, which is under the jurisdiction of the Mufassil police station.” “Upon receiving the information, the SIT, led by the Deputy Superintendent of Police (M) cum Cyber, arrived at the location immediately,” stated Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Kalyan Anand.
He further stated that an FIR has been filed, which names 26 individuals, of whom eighteen escaped and eight were apprehended by the police. The accused has been placed in judicial custody by the police.
